Intro:

Welcome to Justice-Ku, a dedicated legal solutions agency for Indonesians living in or planning to move to Australia. We understand the unique challenges Indonesians face when it comes to migration, property, business, family, and estate matters.

Our goal is simple: to connect you with trusted Australian legal services that speak your language, understand your culture, and protect your rights.

About Us

At Justice-Ku, we believe in bridging the gap between Indonesian clients and the Australian legal system.

Founded by Augustine Stephan (Solicitor – Restricted Practising Certificate), Justice-Ku works under the supervision of a principal lawyer to ensure reliable, ethical, and professional guidance.

While Justice-Ku is not a law firm, we act as a trusted partner—linking Indonesians with the right Australian lawyers and providing practical solutions tailored to your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

All your matters are handled by me as an admitted Australian solicitor (restricted legal practitioner) under the supervision of a principal lawyer from a Melbourne-based law firm. I do not outsource your case to overseas labour or unlicensed agents.

We are physically based in Melbourne, Victoria — not a “virtual office.” If required, we can also affiliate with trusted local law firms. We also handle matters across Australia (interstate) when needed.

we strictly follow the Legal Profession Uniform Law and professional conduct rules. You will always have a licensed Australian solicitor managing your matter with proper supervision.

Our fees are fair and transparent. They include the solicitor’s fee (my fee) and the principal lawyer’s fee, but because most of the work is handled directly by us using efficient legal software and tools, the overall cost remains reasonable and equitable.
